THEW Legal Agreements

To access the data from the THEW or to share data with the THEW, your organization is invited to sign legal agreements in order to ensure that the data is : 1) used within a well-defined legal framework, and 2) is appropriately de-idendtified and fully HIPAA compliant.

We propose two options for registering either through electronic system ( click here, powered by Redcap. ) or by downloading the microsoft Word template of the agreements ( click here. ) If you decide to use the template agreement, please send your signed documents to The THEW Administrator ( click here ).
